The Council asked St. Croix to open a pop-up retail store and four kiosk locations. The organization also asked for a complete exclusive product line developed and approved through its licensing department in New York. ...Oh, and they wanted it open in five weeks.

Expected Attendance: 50,000

Solution: St. Croix developed a complete product line with full approvals in 3 weeks and produced the items in 2 weeks. We opened on time and on budget, providing staffing, retail operations, product development, fulfillment, and merchandising, which included retail fixtures, signage, and amarketing program.

Challenge:RNC asked St. Croix Promotions & Retail to open retail stores and develop a line of merchandise for the Republican National Convention in the Twin Cities.

Solution: St. Croix developed ten pop-up retail stores throughout the Twin Cities, including sites at Xcel Energy Center, Minneapolis Convention Center, and MSP Airport. St. Croix developed a complete line of exclusive and proprietary merchandise. We also handled staffing, merchandising, and retail operations, including exclusive merchandise and event uniforms, banners, buttons and bags for visitors, delegates, and VIPs.
