Account Manager Position
PURPOSE:
To work with assigned existing accounts in support of sales and delivery programs so that client and St. Croix needs and goals are satisfactorily met. To ensure that new sales opportunities are identified through expanded knowledge of client personnel, their goals, plans, and needs. To ensure that clients have a positive feelings about their relationship with St. Croix and its ability to meet their needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the implementation and success of sales programs in assigned accounts including:
- Provide follow up in a professional manner on project quotes
- Process and follow up on all orders in a timely manner
- Follow up on order processing including folders, invoicing, and timely customer contact
- Develop a strong, ongoing relationship with customers through timely, consistent contact and exceptional customer service.
- Work effectively as part of the sales team to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Adhere to company policies and practices regarding of sales and management tools including the CRM (currently SalesForce) and applicable Microsoft products.
- Act as a single point of contact for vendors as needed.
- Communicate in an effective and timely manner with the Sales Executive regarding opportunities and client issues.
- Complete assigned reporting and other tasks accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- BA or BS degree with emphasis in marketing or business management with 1-2 years experience in events management and coordination.
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent sales, interpersonal, relationship development and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills used by our industry including Microsoft Office, e-mail, SalesForce,

Sales Account Executive
St. Croix Promotions & Retail is a fast-growing, high energy, cutting edge Promotional Products and Retail Company. We are looking for Account Executive to generate new sales opportunities. This position offers a base draw with generous commission structure.
Applicant should have sales experiences with a “can do” attitude. You must be well organized, creative, a self starter who is able to work independently. Candidate must have strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task successfully. Account Executives work with team a team of strong professionals and must have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple clients to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Two years of sales experience including cold calling securing appointments with decision makers
- Computer, email and internet oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Creativity, trend and style awareness
- Ability to successfully interact and network with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to cold call, generate leads, develop and manage accounts
- Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship in every account
- Comfortable with face-to-face presentations and demonstrations
